The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although initially dated with an unpleasant odor in a corner, were eventually upgraded and very clean. The service was a bit inconsistent with some staff being friendly and others not so much. The location was perfect for our activities, close to attractions and with easy access to the waterpark. The dining experience was enjoyable with good food, but pricing seemed a bit high. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I found the rooms to be very disappointing, not living up to the price paid for one night stay. They were never properly cleaned, and the lack of natural light and uncomfortable bedding made the experience quite unpleasant. The service, on the other hand, was a mix of rudeness and sweetness. While some staff members blamed mistakes on bookings, others went above and beyond to make my son's birthday special. I was impressed by the awesome location, close to all the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill without the noise. The dining experience was a hit or miss, with incorrect charges and some confusion with included meals. Overall, a mediocre experience due to the room conditions and inconsistent service.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to various attractions. The rooms were not top-tier but still left us very satisfied. The service was exceptionally friendly, especially considering the playful antics of my kids. The location is fantastic, right next to the Water Park and Casino, and within walking distance to most attractions at the Falls.
